January 2022 marked an important milestone for Arjuna Plastik. Our facility underwent an operational audit conducted by PT Otto Pharmaceutical Industries, one of Indonesia’s established pharmaceutical manufacturers. The purpose of this audit was to evaluate Arjuna Plastik’s capability to support secondary packaging needs for pharmaceutical products.
The audit process involved several key activities including factory floor inspection, production flow verification, discussion with operational teams, and review of documentation and internal procedures. During the visit, the audit team carefully observed how our manufacturing flow is implemented, how materials are handled, and how quality control is maintained throughout the production process.
Transparent Discussion and Process Review
Throughout the audit, open discussions took place between the PT Otto team and the Arjuna Plastik team. We explained our manufacturing philosophy, operational workflow, and internal standards that guide our production activities.
One important question raised during the audit was regarding formal certifications such as ISO 9001 or other quality management systems. At that time, Arjuna Plastik had not yet obtained ISO certification. However, we clearly communicated our commitment to continuous improvement and our vision to constantly enhance our manufacturing standards and operational discipline.
Rather than relying solely on certification, Arjuna Plastik has built its internal system based on structured production flow, operational discipline, quality awareness across teams, and a continuous improvement mindset. These principles ensure that every product leaving our facility meets the expected quality and reliability standards.
One Standard Flow for All Industries
Arjuna Plastik currently supports a wide range of industries, including cosmetic manufacturing, textile and thread industry, toys and consumer products, automotive accessories, food packaging, and pharmaceutical-related applications.

For this reason, Arjuna Plastik has designed one unified operational flow that is structured to accommodate high-standard industries. This approach ensures that every product is manufactured under a disciplined and controlled process.
